  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces produced to your specifications.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us within the return window with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
  • Do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no expense to you.
